Based in the Annapolis Valley, our mission is to help women like you live healthier, more fulfilling lives—emotionally, mentally, and physically.

• Expert-Led Workshops: Learn from holistic nutritionists, yoga instructors, sound healers, and NLP practitioners who provide actionable strategies to boost your well-being.
• Holistic Health & Wellness: Engage in yoga, mindfulness, sound healing, and nutrition workshops to create balance and harmony in your life.

• Intimate Setting: Maximum 10 women per session

• First Wednesday of Every Month (April 2025 to March 2026): Hosting a daytime (1-3pm) and evening (6-8pm) session to accommodate a variety of schedules. REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

Are you ready to break free from the cycles of narcissistic abuse and reclaim your life? Rise & Reclaim is a free, bi-weekly support circle designed for women in the Annapolis Valley and surrounding areas, recovering from narcissistic abuse. This transformative program offers a safe, trauma-informed space to heal, rebuild self-worth, and foster empowerment, led by experienced Life Coaches, NLP practitioners, and expert guest hosts such as sound healers, nutritionists, and mental health professionals.

• Trauma-Informed Support: Heal from narcissistic abuse while addressing mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, and PTSD through expert guidance.
• Holistic Healing: Participate in workshops on nutrition, mindfulness, and energy healing to support emotional, physical, and mental well-being.
• Personal Growth & Empowerment: Through community support, goal-setting, and personal development activities, you’ll rebuild confidence and self-love.
• Inclusive Community: Join a network of women with shared experiences to reduce isolation, build lasting connections, and support one another’s healing journeys.
• Goal-Oriented Recovery: Gain tools for breaking free from toxic relationships and building a healthier, more fulfilling future.

• Improved Mental Health: Reduce anxiety, depression, and PTSD through a combination of healing practices and community support.
• Increased Self-Esteem: Rebuild self-worth and confidence, empowering you to take control of your life and relationships.
• Stronger Connections: Build lasting bonds with other women, creating a supportive network that fosters a sense of belonging and shared strength.
• Empowered Women: Learn essential strategies for avoiding toxic relationships and sustaining long-term mental health and well-being.
• Intimate Setting: Maximum 12 women 

• Spring 2025 (April-June): First session with bi-weekly in-person and virtual meetings. Topics include understanding narcissistic abuse, intention setting, and building self-love.
• Fall 2025 (September-November): Deepen healing with workshops on overcoming anxiety, setting boundaries, and goal-setting.
• In-Person and Virtual: In-Person meetings will be held at Ignite Wellness Retreats from 2-4pm on the second Sunday of every month. Virtual Meetings will take place on the second Tuesday of each month from 6-8pm.
